The more members represented in the database system, the more effectively the data base can assist them in their duties. Additionally, the cost of these services will vary inversely with an increasing number of members.  For these reasons, we earnestly solicit all eligible pari-mutuel jurisdictions to join the present members in making this enforcement system as valid and reliable as possible.
