NAPRA Scholarship Information
 
NAPRA is offering a scholarship to students that will be attending either the University of Arizona’s Race Track Industry Program, or the University of Louisville’s Equine Industry Program.  NAPRA’s goal is to award a scholarship to a deserving individual that will be a true asset to the horse or greyhound racing industry.  The selection will be based on academic record, level of need, race track background, career plans and references.  Two $4,000 scholarships will be awarded (one to each school) beginning the fall semester of 2004 with each recipient receiving $2,000 per year for 2 years.

funding of Scholarship
$1,000 will be issued directly to either University with a letter designating the recipient each semester.
Funds can be used for tuition, books and other school needs.
Recipient must be enrolled as a full time student (12 credit hours), maintain a 2.75 GPA, and submit as evidence an official transcript to renew each semester.
